Conditions:

· You must be a OWS Fellow in good standing to register. Please write in your membership number (found on your membership card) at the top of this form.The OWS takes no responsibility for the damage of any paintings.

· Artists are responsible for obtaining their own insurance. All paintings should be clearly marked and packaged properly to help prevent damage in handling.

· The OWS must collect Provincial Sales Tax on all sales. A commission will be paid on each sale to the artist at a rate as set out by the executive committee.
